Several techniques are used to define a vodka's taste.

For handmade vodkas, very small quantities of some carefully chosen barks or spices are infused in the vodka and then redistilled to achieve a perfectly seamless taste. Such vodkas have a very delicate taste and flavor. It is a highly labor-intensive process but the result is incomparable and this method brings out all the best in the vodka.

Citadelle 6C is initially distilled in a five-column still. Our master distiller then carries out a sixth distillation in a small copper pot still, incorporating a few secret ingredients that gives the spirit its unique taste and style. We call this last distillation the 6C (the sixth distillation using small Copper pot stills). It is the name we have chosen for this unique vodka.
